In order to be able to discover and use all the opportunities proposed and offered by gb-rugs.com, you need to subscribe simply filling in the subscription form. You will be able to modify your data whenever you want just entering the "User data" page and clicking on "Modify data".

The textile products for sale on gb-rugs.com are presented with images that reproduce the original items as faithfully as possible. To achieve this aim all the photos are taken and prepared very thoroughly, to make them as faithful as possible.
Each item is presented in a sheet which includes a photo with a detail of the item and a description of its peculiarities; clicking on it you open another window where you can view a larger image of the model.
The perfect visualization of colours depends on your monitor; we cannot guarantee that it reproduces the real colours.
The quality and conditions of each item are thoroughly controlled twice: as soon as they arrive in our store and before they are delivered to the costumer. Being they handmade, they are all different from each other, and have to be considered as unique items. For this reason they are identified through a 12-digit code which cannot be doubled. This means that the code connected to the photo of the carpet that you have requested cannot correspond to another carpet.

All items presented on the website are available in the store, with the exception of the models that are presented as samples of items that can be made on demand (with size and subjects chosen by the customer), and of items that have already been booked in the preceding 12 hours. This is due to the fact that the update is made every day at 9 a.m. and at 8 p.m.

The mode of issuing the guarantee is exhaustively explained in the relevant page.
It includes all the data about the carpet, a photo, the buyer’s data and some suggestions for a good maintenance..

The guarantee is valid for one (1) year starting from the delivery date. A bad use or an insufficient maintenance are obviously not included in the guarantee, and the costumer has to pay the costs of restoration and cleaning. We will judge whether the problem depends on a manufacturing fault or on something occurred after the item has been delivered to the costumer. In any case the delivery costs are charged to the costumer.

All prices are in Euro and VAT 21% included for private inside EU. Transport costs are excluded. 
For private living in countries extra-EU VAT is not applied; it will be debited € 21,00 of customs.
For models on demand (leather carpets, Art Design, tapestries, etc.) we make an estimate based on the project that has been finalized with the costumer; if it is accepted, the requested deposit is the 35% of the total price; the remaining has to be paid before the shipment.

The price of antique rugs includes the custom Soft under-carpet  that they are delivered with.
For shipments outside the EU it is necessary to request an estimate of the transportation costs.
For substantial orders we suggest that you call us to get information about the availability of the products and the exact transportation costs.
We reserve the right to modify prices, since they depend on fluctuations in exchange rates and in the market of carpets.

The companies within the EU that have a valid VAT number are not charged with the 21% VAT. Prices on the website are inclusive of VAT; VAT is deducted when you pay, after you enter your profile or after the subscription. Products are delivered exclusively to the address the company is registered with. To check that the VAT number is valid you can use the below link.
