Typical Berber rug hand knotted of Ait Tamassin region - High Atlas, south of Morocco. The symmetry of the pattern, the yellow as dominant color and the colors yellow, green and red identify the rugs coming from this region. This piece is datable around the Thirties and, despite the imperfect pile, it has preserved the whole charm of the color and its expressive force.
