The Gabbeh Nizams are rugs in wool hand knotted in India and that are inspired to the Berber rugs and to the Iranian Gabbehs. Once the Gabbehs were used not only as rugs, but also as mattresses or covered in the tents, in fact they are soft, fluffy and higher pile than the other Persian rugs. The Nizams are characterized for the vivacious colors as the yellow, the red and blue, and for the primitive patterns from the rustic charm.
